Returns and exchanges :

The conditions in which you may return items to PSG MERCHANDISING and request a refund or exchange are set out in Article 8 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

We would like to remind you that you have a period of thirty (30) clear days in which to forward your request to our after-sales service, which should be made via your account.

If you wish to return the item and we agree to this, PSG MERCHANDISING will provide you with a shipping note from our delivery partner.

If you decide you do not want the item or it is defective or does not match the item you ordered, you have a period of thirty (30) clear days in which to return it, starting from the date on which PSG MERCHANDISING confirmed that it would agree to its return. Items must be returned in the following conditions:

- In their original packaging.
- Complete (accessories and instructions etc).
- Clean and unworn.
- Undamaged.
- Accompanied by the original invoice.

Items that are not returned in the aforementioned time period and conditions will not be refunded or exchanged by PSG MERCHANDISING.

No returns will be accepted without PSG MERCHANDISING having first given its prior agreement.

Customised items (jerseys with personalized printed names, numbers or other symbols printed on them at the request of the customer, personalization of any kind of an item) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or has been sent by PSG MERCHANDISING by mistake).

The same restriction applies when the player in question leaves the club or his/her player's number changes during their his/her at the club.

Customers wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the item at their own expense (outside mainland France). We recommend that items be returned by registered mail with an acknowledgment of receipt or using any shipping-tracking service.

If the item(s) is/are defective or incorrect, PSG MERCHANDISING will cover the cost of its/their return or will refund the cost to the customer.

Refund AND EXCHANGE:

Refund and Exchange conditions are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, under the heading “Satisfaction or Refund”.

REFUND:
Provided that these conditions are fulfilled, PSG MERCHANDISING will pay refunds into the bank account of the card used to make the initial payment within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned items.
In the event that the refund does not come through within this period of thirty (30) days, we would ask you to contact your bank prior to contacting us.

EXCHANGE:
Any exchange of item(s) returned will be proceed as a credit on the customer account.
Your account will be automatically credited with the amount, excluding VAT for orders outside EU, of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping fees, and including any promotion or reduction applied during the initial purchase. The amount credited to the customer account will be usable for a period of one year (365 days) after its allocation and usable at one time.
