Returns & Exchanges



The conditions under which you can return the items to PSG MERCHANDISING for which you are requesting a refund are specified in Articles 6 and 7 in the Terms and Conditions of Online Sale.

We remind you that you have a period of thirty (30) days from the receipt of the items ordered to make a return request of your order.

You shall make a request to return your order by logging in directly to your customer area. If the return is confirmed by the customer service, we will send you an email containing a return shipping label from our delivery partner.

The return procedure is detailed below "How to make a return".

The items shall be returned, in the event of withdrawal or lack of conformity, within a period of thirty (30) days after communicating your withdrawal decision under the following conditions:

-        in their original packaging;

-        in full (with its accessories, instructions, etc.)

-        unworn and unused;

-        undamaged and undeteriorated.

Items that are not returned within the aforementioned time period and conditions will not be refunded by PSG MERCHANDISING.

Exceptions :

(i)               Customised items (e.g., jerseys personalised by flocking the name or number or any other specification) cannot be returned (unless the item is defective or non-compliant with your Order)

The same restriction applies when a player leaves the Club or when he changes his number during the period spent with the club. The customisation of the items is specified in the "customize your shirt" section.


(ii)             For reasons of hygiene, underwear and bathing suits cannot be returned if on said items the adhesive tape has been removed or if the item is stained or has been worn (unless the item is defective or non-compliant with your Order)

A quality control will be carried out for each refund request. The returns which do not fulfil the conditions outlined above will be rejected and sent back to you.


The conditions giving right to a refund or a credit (in the context of an exchange) are specified in article 7 “Return terms and conditions” of The Terms and Conditions of Online Sale.


Provided that above mentioned conditions are fulfilled, your refund will be made by PSG MERCHANDISING by crediting the bank account corresponding to the credit card used for payment or bank transfer within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following receipt by PSG MERCHANDISING of the returned items.

If the Order is returned in full, PSG MERCHANDISING will refund you the full price of your order including shipping costs based on the shipping rate that PSG MERCHANDISING invoiced you.  

If the Order is not returned in full, (you keep one or more items from the order), PSG MERCHANDISING will solely refund to you the price of the product(s) returned, but shipping costs will remain at your expense.

However, if the item is returned due to the responsibility of PSG MERCHANDISING (defect or non-conformity of the product(s)) the shipping costs will be refunded to you based on shipping rate that PSG MERCHANDISING invoiced you.  

The refund or credit to your customer account will take into account all discounts that may have been granted to you at the time of your order.

Orders placed outside France:

-        PSG MERCHANDISING will not refund the customs duties you have paid.


-        You may not use the return shipping label, thus you will bear the return shipping costs (you will only be refunded for the full price of your order including shipping costs based on the shipping rate that PSG MERCHANDISING invoiced you).

If you return the items by your own means, the return costs will remain at your expense. 

In the event you notice the reimbursement period is longer than fourteen (14) days, we invite you to contact your bank beforehand. Then after, our customer service is at your disposal.


You may also return one or more items as described above and choose a refund in the form of a credit. Your customer account will automatically be credited with the amount including VAT of the item(s) returned and including any discount that may have been applied during the initial order.

The credits are issued exclusively by PSG MERCHANDISING and can only be used by their beneficiary on PSG MERCHANDISING Website. The credit note credited to the customer account will be usable in one go. It is valid for one year from its date of issue.


1.     Returns using the customer space on the Site

Here are the steps to follow when you request the return of one or more items from your customer area, from the "My Account" area:

Step 1:

-        Connect to your customer account in the “see my orders” section,

-        Choose the order on which you want to make a return and let us know if you want a refund or a credit,

-        Select the item(s) to be returned and indicate the reasons for the return,

-        Print the return shipping label (one for each selected order), that you will receive by email when the return/credit request is confirmed by our customer service.

Step 2:

-        Place the item(s) to return in the packaging.

-        Close your packaging, then stick the return label on your package.

Step 3:

-        Leave your package at a post office or at the chosen pick-up point. You shall have the proof of deposit signed and stamped with the current date by the post office or by the chosen pick-up point.

The refund of the order will be issued by PSG MERCHANDISING as soon as the package is received by PSG MERCHANDISING.

In any case, the return of the item(s) must take place within 30 (thirty) days at the latest after communicating your withdrawal decision.

2.     Contacting Customer Service

If you wish to return an item, you can also call customer service and specify it is a return request.

Customer service will send you by e-mail a return shipping label from the chosen carrier as soon as possible.

You can then follow the procedure described above to label your package and leave it at a selected post office or pick-up point.

3.     Return by any means

You also have the option to request the return of the item(s) by your own means:

To do so, please contact the Customer Service and specify that this is a return request. 

Customer Service will give you the return address by phone.

Unfortunately, the refund/credit request cannot be taken into account if you return the item(s) directly without informing Customer Service.


In this case, the return of the item(s) will be carried out at your own risk. The transfer of risks will not be effective until the receipt of the item(s) by PSG MERCHANDISING and a verification of its (their) condition.


4.     Return of orders shipped outside France 

For orders placed outside of France, you must first contact Customer Service to inform them of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Then, you shall take care of returning them by your own means and you will bear the return shipping costs.
